In The Community

Attorney DuPont has maintained a commitment to public service whether on or off the bench.

Attorney DuPont and his family currently attend a local church in our community. There he helped create a Pro-Bono Legal Clinic that provides free legal consultations to those in need. He also volunteers with their Food Pantry ministry that provides food to more than 650 of our local families in need on a weekly basis.

Attorney DuPont has previously served on the Board of the Bread of Life, a non-profit organization that feeds those in need. They are open every day of the year, and they serve 55,000 meals per year on average.

He has also previously served on the Board of the Police Athletic League (PAL) Program of Putnam County. The PAL Program is a non-profit organization that provides after school sports programs for At Risk Youth. His philosophy is that the best way to know what our kids are doing is to do it with them!

Since leaving the bench, he has done missions work in Honduras helping a low income elementary school by purchasing playground equipment, sponsoring the repair of the school yard that continually flooded during rain, and even going to do some of the work himself.
